Navalwood has powerful tools in parametric design and machining (CAD/CAM).  From the 3D files provided by the client, we produce a "solid" CAD model and apply machining operations by CAM software package.

By 3D-CNC milling, we make plug and moulds in solid wood, as part of our services to the composite industry.

Likewise, we implement this milling technique in our mounting kits, providing the most complex areas such as a 3D milling block inserted into the kit as a piece.
