At Navalwood Technology we manufacture the DIRECT MOULD for the construction of boats in composite materials.

The moulds are made of wood, and it is the best option for short series or one-off construction.

It's supplied as a kit of CNC machined parts, in this way the costumer can carry out the assembly at their facilities.

Our work consist of making projects reality, converting a 3D file into a tangible mould capable of manufacturing the boat in composite materials.

We have extensive experience in the shipbuilding industry, as well as our own construction system, wich allows us to successfully achieve your project objectives.

Our services are aimed all shipyards ranges, from yachts to work boats such as fishing boats, patrol boats, pilots and passenger boats.

There is also the option of making the mould finish surface in MDF or plywood.

The moulds are equipped with partitions and inserts where necessary to facilitate the demoulding operation.
